Are You The Ideal Anthology Client?

This year has been such an exceptional learning experience.

Every day, I’m grateful to be in a position where I can use this year as a time of learning and growth.

I’m learning French, I’ve got a book idea, I’m shoring up systems and processes to make the back end of Anthology function as smoothly as possible for you. I’m doing a fair amount of business coaching and am eternally thinking and rethinking what I’m offering.

One of the most enjoyable exercises I’ve gone through recently is working with a brand voice team to prepare a guide to what Anthology Travel sounds like, so I can bring on team members and provide you with a consistent experience.

As part of the brand voice process, the team at Frankly Write gave me some homework…some of it was about me and what I’m doing here, but most of it was about you: The Ideal Client.

So what makes an Ideal Client?

Happily, both Frankly Write and I agree that what makes an ideal client is not:

  • Your job

  • Your marital status

  • Where you live

  • Your age

  • Whether you have kids

What does make an ideal client is:

  • Your values

  • Your personality

  • Your hopes and dreams

  • Your preferences

COOL, BUT what makes a client the Ideal Anthology Client?

  • Curiosity: a desire to see and experience the world…an openness to the unfamiliar, to pushing boundaries, to feeling a tiny bit outside your comfort zone.

  • Originality: you want to get off the beaten path…you’ve never been up the Eiffel Tower and probably never will. You want an experience crafted specifically for you.

  • Flexibility & Independence: you want options and the freedom to explore them, within the structure and framework we prepare for you.

  • Relationships & Collaboration: the best possible client iteration is a world in which you want a long-term relationship with Anthology as your trusted advisor - in the true sense of the word - leading to collaborations with our exceptional in-destination partners.

  • Passion: you’ve got something that you love to excess. It could be coffee. It could be shopping. It could be soccer, or tennis, or surfing, or chocolate. Whatever your thing is, you want to have that woven into your travels.

And let’s be honest, you probably love a spa as well :)
