We built Anthology Travel Group because travel had started to feel like a chore: too many tabs, too many choices, and never enough clarity.

We set out to make it personal again — with the polish of a seasoned team and the instinct of someone who knows your coffee order, your room type at the Rosewood, and that you like a Negroni waiting after the red-eye.

When we merged Anthology Travel with Steuber Travel Group, we brought together deep client relationships and years of on-the-ground experience. Our clients travel with more ease, access, and way fewer open tabs.

You share your vision. We’ll deliver the trip you didn’t know was possible - and make sure it runs with the precision of a Japanese shinkansen.

What you can expect when you book a trip with us

Precision With Personality

Sharp logistics meet human details —because the best trips are a mix of spreadsheets and strong opinions on how close is too close when it comes to Elephants in the wild.

Relationships That Work

From Kyoto chefs to Kenyan camp managers, we know the people who make a place come alive. They know you’re coming and they know Anthology sent you.

Support that sticks

Your trip doesn’t end at takeoff. Your entire itinerary and everything you need is right there in our app. We stay in sync so you never miss a beat or a booking.

Time, Thoughtfully Used

No goose chases, no fluff. Just curated options, aligned with your rhythms, your tastes, and the season you’re in.

Why it works

Great travel is a harmony of destination, design, and the unseen orchestration that makes it flow — like someone slipped the maître d’ a note so your table had the view, your wine was decanting, and the kitchen already knew about your anchovy aversion (ok, yes, we were that someone).

Our clients are balancing busy lives and rare windows of downtime. They trust us to create travel that slots into real calendars and respects real preferences. We start with deep listening, apply years of experience, and layer in the kind of access you can’t find online.

This isn’t just about finding the perfect hotel (though we do pride ourselves on that). It’s about knowing which suite catches the morning light, which guide makes a museum feel like a novel, and when to leave space in the afternoon so something extraordinary can surprise you.

Who We Are

Our agency was built on shared values and complementary strengths. Kate shapes the brand and leads hotel partnerships. She’s the one who knows your go-to room type and which GM has your favorite cocktail waiting. Kristen brings decades of leadership to our back office and supplier relationships, with the kind of calm authority that brings a symphony together. Madeline runs operations, talent, the and client experience blending the precision of the legal industry with the intuition to spot issues before they happen. Together, we create Anthology — the trusted hands behind your most unforgettable journeys.

Madeline Steuber

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

She’s the one you want at the helm when things get complex. With a background in corporate law, Madeline brings that same ambition and responsibility to advocating for your experience — whether it’s rerouting your ferry before you know there’s a strike or making sure the sommelier knows you don’t do oaky Chardonnay. If she seems calm, it’s because she already worked the problem, solved the problem, and is ready for whatever is next.

Kate Sullivan

Co-Founder & Co-CEO

Kate built Anthology on instinct, insight, and a sixth sense for what clients crave — often before they even say it out loud. She’s the first to remember the suite you loved in Santorini, the name of the guide your kids adored in Florence, and that craving for Thai food that hits by Day 7. Strategic and soulful, she’s equal parts big-picture thinker and boutique-hotel alchemist. And she never travels without a stack of handwritten notes.

Kristen Steuber

Co-Founder & CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

A business powerhouse with the poise of someone who’s always three steps ahead, Kristen’s the seasoned operator with the core belief: if you are going to do something, do it well. She’s run companies, raised kids, and now raises the bar on what travel should feel like — refined and humbly spectacular. She’s known for being the final set of eyes on each and every itinerary and if there is a comma out of place…well, nothing gets past her, not even a comma.

our team

In our humble opinions, our team would make the dreamiest dinner party. They’ll throw down debating the ideal level of flake in a croissant, or which Tokyo hotel has the vibiest jazz bar, or even why they think Provence is the ideal spot for a babymoon.
