How It Works

Step One: Connection

Fill out our Plan A Trip form; send us an email, a carrier pigeon, whatever works for you - get in touch and we’ll connect for a 30-minute consultation call to learn if we’re the right advisor-client match. If we are, there’s a tiny bit of paperwork and then we’re off to the races.

If we’re not the right fit for your needs, we’ll refer you to an advisor who is. Win-win! Who doesn’t love that?

Step Two: Curation

Now comes the fun part: curation and iteration of your itinerary until it’s a perfect fit for you…whether you want to plunge in headfirst and be fully involved, or just meander around the edges, is up to you. This phase is a three-way collaboration between you (the most important part), us (your curators), and our award-winning destination partners around the world.

Your itinerary will be thoughtfully composed with a balance of precise options and flexibility: we give you all the information and allow you to decide how you want to use your time. If you want us to take it entirely off your plate and schedule all day, every day, we can do that too (but we encourage a bit of roaming-around time in any destination - sometimes those serendipitous encounters are the most memorable).


Step Three: Making Magic

You just sit back, relax, and don’t need to think about a thing…we’ll be booking all the components of your trip, adding in our special sauce so you get those little Anthology touches, and using our VIP contacts to ensure you feel like a superstar all trip long.


Step Four: Bon Voyage!

Off you go: your only job is pure enjoyment. We’ll provide all the details via an app, so you can pop on that OOO message and get ready to explore.
